Responsible for all cell line development and engineering activities at Oxford Genetics, focusing on protein expression, viral packaging, and gene editing technologies.

This was subsequently expanded to include support for other functions within the Pharma & Biotech Research and Technology organisation, including Viral and Cell Therapy.
