Assigned to this position to deliver a broad range of supportive services and determine eligibility for programs such as Food Stamps, Financial Assistance, Medicaid, and Child Care Assistance. The services provided are assessing customers in need and arranging for temporary assistance.

Counseled, re-enlisted and extended qualified soldiers in the Army and supervised retention activities. Assisted in achieving and maintaining force alignment through the retention and transfer of qualified soldiers into critical areas.

Junior Manager of a six member recruiting team. Trained, supervised, and reviewed the daily activities of four assigned recruiters. Developed and refined advanced prospecting, interviewing, and processing techniques. Analyzed historic statistics, and projected data that aided the team in overcoming objectives, and consistently increasing company market share resulting in exceeding all pinnacle recruiting goals by 38% in 2012, 45% for 2011 and 50% for 2nd quarter of 2010. Had direct leadership over the training, and retention of all members of the Future Soldier Training Program resulting in 80% advanced Future Soldier promotions, 92% Future Soldier retention rate, and a 90% graduation rate.

Successfully served the communities through out South East Idaho as a liaison for the Army. Prospected, interviewed, and determined applicant enlistment eligibilty, and opportunities. Prepared enlistment application and processed qualified clients to join the Army and Army Reserve. Conducted seminars and presentaions on Army programs, policies, and regulations as the subject matter authority leading in expanded product awareness. Cultivated and maintained a network of centers of influence throughout an area covering 5,000 square miles, with a populace of 80,000 consisting of parents, educators, and community officials in 5 high schools and 1 university.
