After many years of seasonal work in Antarctica, I am looking for new scenery to lend my expertise to help learn and teach. With an abundance of experience in both leading and following, I understand the necessity to follow instruction without hesitation but also know how to bring things up constructively to provide the most efficient response during crucial periods. I have proven to be extraordinarily adaptive and am excellent at diffusing tense situations during times of adversity.
