Blending the art of creativity with the science of strategy, I help people answer these questions.When I relocated to the North West, I set up Untitled Concept, a Strategy and Innovation agency. Our tagline is 'between dreaming and doing'. I love to operate in this space, creating clarity from confusion and helping people design better futures for their businesses.I work with ambitious SMEs and corporate businesses who want to ignite and build sustainable growth. People who know that the status quo is not enough, that change is constant and transforming is just as important as performing. Sometimes, doing nothing is riskier than doing something. My approach covers three steps:1. Revisit the vision and aspiration of the business. Why are you in business, and what do you want to achieve? 2. We then reimagine the strategy to achieve this - what does the current/future world look like? Where do we play, and how do we win there? What is our value proposition, and what are our system of capabilities that combine to achieve it?These two combined are essential. Once crafted, they are like the picture box for a jigsaw puzzle. People know what they are building and working towards. 3. When a new picture is created, it often leads to new puzzle pieces. This leads to the third part of my offering, business design. How is competitive advantage won? What is the operating model? What is the capabilities system? What are the commercials and our go-to-market strategy? How do we illustrate this story? What do we measure, and what insights do we need to monitor and take inspiration from continuously? Combining these pieces, I create the blueprint and the playbook for achieving sustainable growth, providing leaders with certainty, clarity, and confidence on how to proceed.
