I am the Head of School @ Indie School, Geelong, an independent alternative high school for Years 10, 11 and 12 students in the Greater Geelong region.Indie Schools embrace Adult Education philosophies, and are specifically designed for the inclusion of young people who have been unable to complete their studies within the mainstream system.Prior to this, I worked at Bacchus Marsh College for 15 years, (2007 to 2021), undertaking roles such as Head of Student Programs, Student Well-being Programs, Koorie Programs, Teaching and Learning Co-ordinator, School Sport Co- ordinator and Year Level Co-ordinator and Classroom Teacher. In terms of football coaching, I am currently an Assistant Coach within the Geelong Football Club’s VFL program. Beforehand, I was an Assistant Coach at the Werribee Football Club (VFL) from the end of the 2019 season til OCT 2022.Prior to this, I was the Senior Assistant Coach at the Western Jets FC in the NAB League- the premier under 18 football competition in Australia from 2014-2019. I possess an AFL Level 3 High Performance Coaching Accreditation.From 2017 - 2019 I combined my Western Jets role with Coaching within the State Academy, working with both the Under 16 & Under 18 Vic Metro teams at the NAB AFL National Championships.
