Videographer
I started my career at Team ITG as a videographer. I was the go-to for both camerawork and post-production. But as the video department got busier, I’ve decided my passion lay in editing and I should concentrate on post-production. Since then, I have been promoted to Post-Production Manager. I have a lot more input in the briefs, quoting for edit time, scheduling and outsourcing freelancers (such as colourists and sound engineers) alongside my editing workload. I have worked with many renowned brands on both projects for TV commercials and social media. I have also gained some experience recording podcast and voice overs using protools and audition. I have done a lot of work I am proud of at ITG and I am happy to share some examples.

Video Editor
I worked as the primary editor for Vermillion Films since January 2018. I gained a lot of experience creating narratively lead films for a variety of clients. In this role, I have really improved my after effects skills delving into visual effects and animation on many projects. I occasionally joined the rest of the team out on location keeping my camera skills sharp. At Vermillion, I am also in charge of the quality control processes I have created and put in place to guarantee films are sent to clients without mistakes. In addition, I am responsible for the storage and backup systems. I have designed a process to keep all our footage safe in two backup locations.

I worked at Slinky as a camera operator and editor from September 2015 until January 2018. I was the sole internal camera operator for the company and the second editor using Adobe Premiere. I gained experience filming and editing many different genres of video for a variety of clients including commercial, corporate, multicamera studio shoots to more narrative lead films. Additionally, I had more responsibilities, such as keeping equipment in working order, updating the company website, sound mixing the podcast series and DVD authoring.

I worked full time for Veho, gaining extensive experience creating promotional online content, extreme sports videos for the up and coming video hosting website noproofnoglory.com as well as making videos for many clients such as Mobil One, Southampton FC and GP Management. At Veho I was responsible for all the steps in the video production process, from sourcing athletes to be featured, organising shoots, going out filming and post production.
