Senior drilling advisor role that provided support to the leadership team in all drilling related matters.Responsibilities included:-Engaging contractor companies to solve drilling issues;-Coaching junior team members new to the industry on drilling;-Participate as subject matter expert in investigation and incident analysis;-Responsible for compliance of all equipment on site – in accordance to the BHP Billiton Iron Ore and Australian Standards.-Contractor Fleet on site included 5 different drilling companies and 20+ drill rigs and 3 earthmoving contractors with 40+ pieces of EW equipment.

Highly experience driller with 14 years' experience operating and supervising diamond drill rigs.Carried out drilling work in a variety of locations - Cosmos, Leonora, Kalgoorlie, Pilbara, Telfer, Leinster, Tropicana and other regional WA areas.Geological setting experience includes - Iron Ore, Nickel, Gold, Uranium and Copper.Worked on sites managed by: BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, Goldfields, AngloGold Ashanti, Newcrest.Technical experience:• NQ Deep Hole – Up to 2300m• HQ Holes – Up to 1200m• PQ Holes – 300m-500m• 8” Holes : Rode Ridge Newman – 50m-100m• Mud Rotary pre-collars – Up to 100m• Deep Navi-Directional work: Leonora – Up to 2300m: Setting wedges and planning holes to hit targets.
