• Ensure all process is compliant with Cathay procedure and adheres with the standards• Supervise the ground handling agents to make sure that every process is secure and on time• Responsible for AHK and CX flights• Monitor cargo build-up and breakdown at the warehouse• Perform data entry of import/export/transhipment cargo into CX system (Cubic)• Handle airside cargo release and acceptance, DG check• Coordinate with GHA, CTO and government agencies• Answer enquiries made by customers • Liaise with various external parties in day-to-day cargo handling operations• Communicate with Duty Supervisors in a timely manner regarding services irregularities • Aircraft weight balance maintenance by ALPS/Sable system for Cargo flight and DLD site for passenger flight also proficient in manual handling in case system down• Cargo tracing for both import/export shipment
