I have helped companies deliver $1B+ in benefits through end to end supply chain transformation, digital supply networks, integrated business planning, demand driven supply chain, working capital reduction, operational cost reduction and network optimization. I am a proven executive, having led successful $75M+ business unit and multinational teams across North America, Asia, Europe, and Latin America. A trusted CxO advisor, I am known for my ability to drive complex, global transformation projects which deliver results with minimal business disruption.I’ve taken early retirement from Deloitte for the opportunity to contribute my operations and transformation expertise on the other side of the house, which could encompass a few options. I can add value to a company that is about to embark on or in the midst of a large scale digital transformation by stepping in as an interim or project-based exec to oversee it successfully. I am also interested in joining an early stage start up in need of either supply chain / operations expertise, or joining the COO bench for a PE firm.
