Helped deliver hour long footballing sessions to children aged 5-12 within a two man coaching team.Demonstrated effective organisation skills e.g adapting sessions for the required numbers, communicating with parents, and producing scheduled social media posts.Expressed leadership qualities and being a role model to a younger generation. These leadership qualities included taking charge of football sessions and delivering one on one help to the children who needed extra support.Received great feedback from my placement supervisor which included my positive approach to interacting with the children as well as parents, being mindful of the duties and needs of others during my placement and also being able to successfully work independently on set tasks.

Helped fit remote monitoring devices in London, Norfolk and Leicestershire. I attached these devices onto the sides of buildings and made sure they were connected to the correct servers.Communicated with a range of people, including office and construction workers. Whilst communicating with these different people I learnt that you have to adapt the way you communicate to suit the needs of the individual, both internally and externally. The majority of the communication was conducted through telephone and email.This summer job provided me with the opportunity to gain work experience.

Demonstrated good communication skills, which included working with surveyors as well as liaising with co-workers.Able to input readings into spreadsheets and compare previous data. The spreadsheets were produced on Microsoft Excel with previous readings already inputted. My role was to receive these new readings from surveyors on site and input them into the correct excel spreadsheet for that property. Once this was done a graph would be produced from all the previous years, which would indicate weather the property has increased or decreased movement. Good planning and organisational skills evidenced by planning workers’ jobs, visit routes, and timings. The application used to plan these job routes was bing maps.This job was carried out for 3 months as a summer job , this was due to me going off to university in September.
