During my 10 plus years at Potbelly, I operated and opened many stores in Chicago focusing on building solid customer service driven teams that offered a great customer experience to every customer who entered the store. I taught "Potbelly Culture Classes" to all the new hires in the city, teaching about the culture that made Potbelly who it is and their values in which all employees were help accountable for. I was a member of the GM Counsel, a select few GM's from around the country who would meet with the CEO and Vine President of Operations to discuss store strategies, upcoming roll-outs and product development.
