Current- Creating on-demand educational video content for the Intercom Academy, customer messaging and product launches.
- Creating, updating and delivering highly effective educational content about Intercom’s AI-driven products to customers.
- Designing multimedia courses, content and assessments to guide customers to success.
- Working closely with key internal stakeholders in product, sales and marketing teams to achieve key company goals through educational content.
- Creating in-product educational experiences including product tours and surveys.
- Maintaining strong customer relationships with Intercom’s own customer support tools.
