Current• Creating on-demand educational video content for the Intercom Academy, customer messaging and product launches.• Creating, updating and delivering highly effective educational content about Intercom’s AI-driven products to customers.• Designing multimedia courses, content and assessments to guide customers to success.• Working closely with key internal stakeholders in product, sales and marketing teams to achieve key company goals through educational content.• Creating in-product educational experiences including product tours and surveys.• Maintaining strong customer relationships with Intercom’s own customer support tools.
