Prior to supporting Licensing and other groups at ExxonMobil Chemical from 1994 until 2012, Mr. Pruitt supported licensing activities for five years at Atlantic Richfield Company (since merged with BP) and previously as outside counsel supporting start-ups having venture capital/private equity funding.
