This was a friendly buyout that has been great for everyone. The following is the public announcement of the sale: "Advanced Composite Materials, LLC (ACM) is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the sale of the company to Haydale Graphene Industries, PLC, and its US subsidiary, Haydale Technologies Inc. (Haydale). ACM will now be a wholly owned subsidiary of Haydale. Haydale is a high technology materials company based in the UK. With the acquisition of ACM, Haydale will bring its technologies into the North American market. ACM will continue to service and supply all customer’s needs as before, and benefit from the added business and synergies associated with Haydale."I am staying on with the Newco and it has been great!
