In this role I am primarily onboard for the safety of the passengers and crew following our Standard Operating Procedures whilst also being there to provide a great experience for each customer. Their time away, whether it be for business or pleasure, started and finished on board. We would make our first impression that would last through our high standards of service as well as leave a lasting impression as they end their journey with us. In this role I currently also hold the position of a Crew Line Trainer and teach customer service. I train British airways cabin crew to the high service standards ensuring that a premium service is delivered no matter what cabin they work in. This work can var from their first day in the company to when they return after six months for a reflection course. I work well within a small team to ensure each session is engaging and fun as well as informative for each learner. Show less
