I am currently a bachelor's student in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship at Reichman University(IDC).At the same time I am a Business Development Manager in the Hasade Group - a number of food companies specializing in the import and marketing of organic and vegan products.The group includes the brands -"Hasade organic products", "Harduf", "Vega", "Less & More"A little bit about my career journey-So the truth is that my career story is quite coincidental, when I came to work as a storekeeper in a group of companies from the organic field after the big trip i came to save money. I appeared to find that I had arrived at an amazing place with interesting people and lots of opportunities for growth and learning. So that's how I learned, I developed daring and progressed after 8 months to a logistics manager and after two years to a business development manager.As part of my various roles in the company the big things I led:-Implementation of a logistics technology system that streamlines and improves the logistical work and synchronization with the other employees in the company- Recruiting new customers- Establishment of a digital marketing department- Main role in opening a new brand for the group in the field of carbohydrate substitutesAlong the way I also had several failed attempts to set up projects and even set out on my own several times, from these attempts I learned the most and I believe that thanks to my failures I can evaluate and measure my successes.But let's not forget that we're on the LinkedIn platform and here only tell about the successes so I will continue to focus on that.
