I'm a seasoned Business Development Manager with 12 years' experience, currently accountable for building a portfolio of clients across our permanent & temporary verticals for the purpose of promoting Kennedy Reid's recruitment services. This not only allows me to fully understand the job brief but to qualify candidates to highest level. - I am extremely passionate about what I do and personally invested within the Industry. My network is predominately in the Insurance Industry and therefore I have access to the latest updates and people in their network that are open to new opportunities. I have completed my Chartered Insurance exams consisting of three modules Insurance Underwriting Process, Insurance, Legal and Regulatory and General Insurance Business.- I make a conscious effort to select my clients, I will not work with more than a few clients that are direct competitors in their specific space. If I am already working with two clients that specifically recruit in the strata space, then I will not accept a third niche brokerage. If I am already working with two of the global brokerages, then I will not work with a third. This allows me to have larger pools of candidates in each area as I can actively headhunt from the competitors of my clients.
