Managed sales in Eastern USA and Canada with some involvement in SA. Provided a new sales channel for the company and increased market share. Took over event marketing and company image at trade shows. Impressions Worldwide (IW) provides a source to redeploy SSC and Urbanite equipment along with DGM and Tensor. IW has the ability to rebuild to factory spec any item on a single wide press using coldset, heatset or UV. Additionally IW rebuilds auxiliary equipment to provide complete turnkey solutions for their clients.

Hired to develop a cold territory. Created a five person sales force. Managed through two bankruptcies, and a corporate merger. Top sales year of $30 million. Self-directed sales activity from a regional office. Responsible for sales of new equipment, used equipment, enhancements, parts and service in a multistate territory that required solicitation, specifications, proposal, negotiations, contracts, project management, and follow-up.

Hired to conceive, create, build and install a 427,000 square foot newspaper production plant with a budget of $175 million. Responsibilities included architectural design and review, production process design, process equipment selection, contract negotiations, vendor coordination, and final acceptance. Upon completion was promoted to Facilities Director with responsibility for budgets, staff and ongoing contract support. Added commercial sales to the portfolio, both web and sheetfed.
