With over 12 years of work experience in the financial services and insurance industry at AIA Australia, the largest life insurer in Australia and New Zealand I've been passionate in delivering exceptional customer service to our members and partners.I am currently supporting to drive innovation through digital transformation initiatives, such as automation, data analytics, and customer feedback systems, to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction measures to drive retention and growth objectives. Previously, I held various managerial and leadership positions at AIA Australia, overseeing the administration, technical services, and customer service functions for the retail insurance business. I have developed and demonstrated strong skills in operations management, project management, stakeholder management (including external partners and key clients), risk management, and complex problem-solving.
