Growing up, I was often frustrated by the “situation comedy.”Why? The situation comedy is usually based upon misunderstanding and poor communication. It is built upon the premise of, “A person says this and another person thinks that.” The hilarity that ensues is funny when it happens to fictional characters. It isn’t funny when it happens to valued stakeholders or real people in your organization.This is why I am passionate about effective communications and public relations.
