As part of a small Agile team, I deliver working software every 2 weeks. I code, write unit tests, review code, and collaborate with my teammates daily. I also continually research new technologies and designs in order to improve our process and our product. As Technical Lead I have a hand in resolving any issues that arise in the development process whether it is requirements, design, builds, environment, testing, or product support. I have the privilege of mentoring the more junior developers, helping them to fully understand requirements and design and empowering them with the skills they need to work independently. I am also responsive to management, keeping them aware of any risks and guiding my team to deliver consistent quality results.As a Service Delivery Manager I am responsible for the planning, tracking, and delivery of services for multiple development teams. I work with teams, customers, leadership, and other stakeholders to prioritize work, eliminate risks, communicate status, and escalate issues as needed. I manage the teams, meeting regularly one on one to help each improve in their current role and to plan their career path.As Application Development Leader I guide all of our software development teams to adhere to best practices.
