Responsible for the installation and implementation of the syngo Workflow software suite through customer testing and acceptance, first productive use and turnover to support services.• Responsible for installing and configuring the Siemens syngo Workflow software suite on both Linux and MS Windows servers.• Perform MS SQL Server database migrations and upgrades from Sybase SQL.• Develop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures.• Responsible for developing technical documentation for installations, upgrades and migrations as well as obtaining signoff on deliverable documents.• Work closely with Siemens customers and Siemens field-based Implementation Consultants providing support on the syngo Workflow application, Linux CUPS (Common UNIX Printing System) print queue setup and maintenance, Siemens MS Windows proprietary print formatter setup of print queues.• Work closely with the Siemens syngo Workflow PLM organization identifying model bugs and implementing solutions provided by R&D.

Team lead for Quality Measures (QM) Reporting implementation team within the Analytics and Business Intelligence practice covering the Siemens US-based customers.• Responsible for the assurance of successful QM implementations, upgrades, and system optimization engagements across the Siemens customer base.• Liaison between the Siemens implementation practice and Siemens Product Line Management (PLM) on all implementation, software, and upgrade related issues.• Assist customers in understanding, interpreting, and strategizing for the CMS Clinical Core Measures and Inpatient Clinical Quality Measure Guidelines for Meaningful Use attestation. • Responsible for the development and rollout of the implementation methodology.• Deliver product education to implementation team including offshore resources related to product features/functions, software changes, and regulatory matters.• Mentor new hires while overseeing their on-boarding, training, and integration processes.• Assist in the Project Management and second-level support of all implementations.• Develop and deliver value-add service offerings including defining scope, identifying customer base, and conducting cost-benefit analysis.

• Project lead for upgrades to current version of DSS software including the Soarian Financials Reporting Module.• Lead Soarian Analytics / DSS Implementations working with customers to define reporting needs using defined methodology.• Developed custom code to migrate / backload data from previous versions of DSS.

Managed 27 full time employees and 20 Interns who were responsible for the testing of the Soarian Clinical and Soarian Departmental software suite. Also, included in my staff were eight software engineers responsible for test automation across the entire Soarian suite.

Managed 21 software delivery consultants who were responsible for the software delivery and implementation of the Siemens Departmental products. The Departmental products included Siemens Pharmacy, Siemens MAK, Novius Lab, Novius Radiology and Multi-resource Scheduling as well as custom application coding for Novius Radiology and Siemens Pharmacy. Also included in the Departmental Delivery area was the VIS delivery for the Siemens Pharmacy, Novius Lab and Novius Radiology products.

Project co-technical lead for the rollout of new version of RIS, which included major technology changes such as migrations in OS from DEC VMS to IBM AIX and Digital Unix as well as DEC BASIC to C/C++ and DEC DTR to Sybase SQL. I was also the project manager, which included such duties as milestone date planning, software testing and beta roll out.
