Bsc Sports and Exercise Therapy Graduate.I graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2024 with first class honours in Sports and Exercise Therapy. After three intense years, I finally graduated after developing my knowledge and understanding around sports therapy a tremendous amount. I have experience in both clinical and sporting settings through the placements I undertook throughout my three years at university. These included carrying out injury assessments, rehabilitation, massage as well as appropriate referral and management of injuries in the Leeds Beckett University injury clinic. This was instrumental in my development as a Sports Therapist. Alongside this, I conducted pre and post game / training treatments to rugby league players whilst on placement at Batley Bulldogs RLFC, allowing myself to develop my skills in injury prevention. This had an exponentially positive impact on my ability to work in a sporting setting as well as enabling me to develop new skills to aid my practice.
