Leading the production delivery of some of the agencies highest profile projects, some of which include event sites that require management of over 200 crew. The projects in question are quite niche to the events industry in that they have unique challenges that keep my interest perked up year in year out. My role involves a lot of team management on these projects and high end supplier negotiations where contracts exceed £1m. During my time in this role I have also utilised my digital knowledge to lead the development of an online web platform for Arm that hosted their tentpole events during the COVID-19 pandemic, the site encompassed web streaming, content playback, live chat, interactive games, live notifications, secure user account management and a dynamic agenda, all of which had to operate in 3 separate time zones.

Leading the production elements of large scale events for clients such as Google, Stripe, Saudi Aramco, BlackRock and Barclays. Whilst working in this role I also studied and achieved a Tech IOSH in Occupational Health & Safety.

Leading the production delivery on mid scale events and supporting the wider team on larger scale projects. Role includes CAD planning, supplier sourcing & negotiation, client management, health & safety and onsite delivery.

Working alongside the technical production team on large scale events and independent production management of mid scale events in the UK, EU and Middle East. Projects included: Red Bull Soapbox, Sports Personality of the Year, Trip Advisor EU & MEA Tour, several projects from the UKTI events portfolio.

Role responsibilities included supporting the wider production team on the technical delivery of large scale events and independently lead the production of smaller scale events across the UK & EU. Projects included: Red Bull Revolutions in Sound 2013 and Tour De France 2014.

Co-founder of TR Entertainment at the age of 20 whilst at university alongside 2 peers. The company had 2 arms - video production and lighting control equipment hire. The video production arm utilised the capital earned from the previous venture "Techro Entertainment" to purchase professional video production assets (cameras, edit suite, sound recording equipment etc). We provided video services for local businesses, weddings and music labels as we found a niche market of music video production for grassroots artists. The lighting control equipment side of the business was funded by our (fortunate) position of not requiring the full sum of our student loans. We used the excess to purchase a GrandMA2 lighting console which we then successfully hired to major production hire houses in the UK which saw the equipment on tour with well known artists and it made appearances at festivals such as Glastonbury. Following our university years the founders split to work in different areas of the country and seek alternative career paths. All of the equipment was successfully sold and the founders exited the company with strong returns.

Assistant Electrician - Assisting in the production of all lighting & sound aspects for productions at the Octagon Theatre. Role included operating the sound & lighting for productions, rigging all equipment during show turnarounds and assisting the pre-production process for upcoming shows.

Part of the lighting team for all Opening & Closing Ceremonies of the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games. Responsibilities included building stage practicals and operating a follow spot on the roof as well as the balcony levels of the Olympic Stadium.

Co-founder of Techro Entertainment at the age of 17. A small business specialising in video production that worked on occasion for major brands including Carlsberg UK and LOCOG (London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games) as well as smaller local organisations. The company began with no capital and operated by simply borrowing assets from local organisations. Due to university commitments the founders exited the company in 2009 with what was considered a highly successful financial return.
