I started off as a prep cook on the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City as a teenager. Then my college years took me on a course from server and bartender to finally landing my first management position.Post college, I traveled and worked in Chicago, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Washington, DC. From fine dinning to fast casual, charity events to 'pop up'​ events, individual to multi-unit, I seen most every dining environment.I've worked for large corporations as well as individual owners. I understand what it's like working for a Top Chef in a Michelin Star environment. Japanese, Italian, French cuisine are my areas of expertise.As a result to the many hats I've worn and environments I've been involved with, I've developed crucial business experience that has taught me that my professional value boils down to the following: --I don't care who gets the credit.
