I started off as a prep cook on the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City as a teenager. Then my college years took me on a course from server and bartender to finally landing my first management position.Post college, I traveled and worked in Chicago, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Washington, DC. From fine dinning to fast casual, charity events to 'pop up'​ events, individual to multi-unit, I seen most every dining environment.I've worked for large corporations as well as individual owners. I understand what it's like working for a Top Chef in a Michelin Star environment.
