EMEA Development Control Department- Budget and resource planning and management- Training, Learning and Development management- Project Portfolio Management- System tool implementation- Procedure management- Project planning- User manual creation2. EMEA Patent and Compliance DepartmentAssure "Absolute Credibility" core value of Daikin- Assure products are sold in line with (local/global) legislations- Interpretation of legislations into requirements of the product- Introduce the new/changed product requirements into the development organisation- Validation of correct implementation of product requirements during the development of a product- Patent management3 Advanced Solutions Department:- Solutions team: managing "change" requests from the manufacturing (ergonomical, cost down, parts replacement requests)- Simulations team: establishing simulation models to be used as digital testing of our units (next to the physical testin in the testrooms)- Advanced Parts team: investigation to look fot future alternative parts within the heatpump industry4 EMEA Development Quality Department- Reliability group: managing effective physical testing in the testrooms of our heatpump units (performance test, transportation test, sound test, ...)- Facilities group: maintenance of the testrooms, managing investments on the testrooms, managing proper installations in the testrooms
