As part of the drawing office, my role consisted of producing visual concepts and creating manufacturing drawings to client specification for a variety of food service environments. My role as a Kitchen and Bathroom Advisor (KBA) was to communicate with the customer, decifer their individual needs and translate this into a strong commercial lead for the kitchen and bathroom design team. The KBA role required me to demonstrate quality and product knowledge whilst also being heavily involved with after-sales service liaising with 3rd parties such as installers, suppliers and the customers.
