• Responsible for the day to day running of all aspects of the company, full time and casual staff, buildings, hire stock and vehicles.• Management of the Health and Safety for staff and public including the maintenance of servers, CCTV, Alarm and Fire Systems.• Holding a strong relationship with key hire clients constantly keeping in touch and staying one step ahead of their upcoming activities and needs.• Consistently increasing turnover and profit month on month while cutting out needless cost.• Successfully starting and marketing three new sister companies: * Bell Audio Hire - Building on my personal skills and knowledge of the pro audio industry I set up a new subsidiary company in a highly competitive environment specialising in the latest pro audio, backline, staging and DJ equipment. * Bell Studios - Managing the build, acoustics and technical install of a multi use studio facility, plus the day to day operational challenges from live rehearsals to recordings, showcases and conferences. Leading the set up and pack down a variety of equipment in a timely manor ready for the next client. * Bell Teaching Academy - Complimenting the studios we opened a teaching academy to promote the facilities available onsite by securing the services of some of the best musicians in the local area.

• Required to oversea all quotes, bookings and invoices on a custom CRM package.• Direct business to business sales on the phone, via email and in person.• Quickly and effectively problem solving equipment shortages, warehousing and transportissues with minimum impact on the consumer.• Liaising with venues on all aspects of logistics, safety and security of staff and equipmentprior to, during and on completion of events.• Responsible for the routing and time management of a fleet of vehicles and specialist crews.
