CurrentRetaining oversight of a 5-strong Business Development team, I was assigned to the parent company’s Air Division, that comprises 5 unique brands. Optimizing operational efficiency and engendering a culture of excellence across activities, I collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ideate, develop, and offer large, multi-channel packages to leading health system clients. Augmenting communication, skillsets, and team cohesion, I equip individuals and functions to operate effectively throughout major events and crises involving the loss of life. Leading teams and steering the entire lifecycle of negotiations for multiple Joint Venture companies, I strategically expand into new territories, facilitating growth by optimizing resourcing and work processes. Devising, refining, and implementing marketing initiatives, I attract new prospects and retain accounts. Enhancing P&L performance and providing insights to leadership for all national bases, I was assigned to M&A team during the acquisition of several hospital-owned, medical flight providers, and executed due diligence reviews, cultural assessments, and enhancement initiatives. Acting as a Brand Ambassador, I safeguard brand identity plus ensure adherence to policies and brand guidelines. Completing exhaustive due diligence and pro-forma processes for new business opportunities, I liaise with senior leadership and other departmental heads to promote operations enterprise-wide. Delivering introductory pitches and sales presentations to health system senior executives, I provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
