As President/CEO of the American Camp Association, I led the transformation of an over 110-year-old organization into a national unified voice for camp experiences, benefitting more than 26 million youth annually. I spearheaded initiatives that increased net assets from $4 million to $58 million, developed industry-standard protocols that were adopted globally, and positioned ACA as a leading thought leader in the youth development sector. As Executive Director of Camp Judaea, I became a national leader in Jewish overnight summer camping, achieving enrollment growth of nearly 50% and securing over $6 million in capital donations and grants. At Blue Star Camps, I guided a family-owned business to new heights, increasing revenue by over $2 million and overseeing $10 million in facility renovations to enhance operational efficiency and camper experiences. Throughout my career, I have embraced innovation and collaboration to address challenges and achieve results.
