Manage projects ranging from Hi-Rise to Health Care. Company self performed all interior rough/finish carpentry and millwork in addition to a full complement of specialty trades to bring projects on aggressive schedules in on time and under budget. Projects included complete renovation of the historic twenty three story Dime Building in downtown Detroit to fast track ground up surgical facilities taken from design to occupancy in three month time frames.
