I became a business SME working on business improvement projects, testing new systems and providing coaching and training to new staff. Taking a step into leadership in 2018 first leading a team within the Contact Centre and now leading a team within our Operations Delivery branch for the last two years.Achievements:- Graduated from the Te Hunga Kōhuri leadership programme (leadership programme designed to enhance leadership impact by growing leader capacity for working in complexity)- Successfully stood up and led the SME working group that supported the Contact Centre in transitioning to a new customer management system. This required developing knowledge articles for the Contact Centre, attending project meetings providing insight to business impacts and managing customer technical issues directly.- Identified the requirement for a mail tracker tool. Have supported the development and go-live of our service delivery mail tracker tool which allows simultaneous scanning across all three locations within New Zealand. - Was selected to lead a pilot bulk recruitment round testing innovative ways of recruiting people into the organisation.
