Responsible for driving sales for the Coating, Cooking and Freezing equipment product line in the Americas region. Provide technical sales support to the sales organization and actively participate in the sales process as the products and applications expert. Provide technical guidance to the back office team and develop and maintain a robust library of sales support material.

Responsible for New Product Development in Coating, Cooking and Freezing equipment and full product lifecycle following the stage gate process. Develop marketing and communication strategy in collaboration with the various product line teams. Provide excellent and timely on-site and remote sales support and training to external customers. Ensure growth objectives and speed to market.

Provided technical support and assistance to global sales teams for TST Products. Primary duties to evaluate and anticipate customer equipment needs by assessing plant capacity, make professional recommendations on equipment to maximize growth and profits. Built and established relationships at all levels within the customer. Coordinated installation of equipment and ensured successful field-testing on-site by collaborating with engineering and sales departments. Customer territory included 20 agents throughout Europe, Asia, North- and Latin America and the Asia Pacific.

Responsible for researching, designing, evaluating and maintaining TST equipment by working with external and internal customers including other engineers. Analyze customer needs and specifications to determine the feasibility, cost and maintenance requirements of the equipment design or application. Investigate equipment issues and failures to assess root cause and make appropriate corrective action recommendation. Ensured work preparation of requirement specifications were complete and accurate.
