Tom has a diverse background in manufacturing including roles in manufacturing operations, business development, product management, and senior leadership. His current and previous positions were with growth oriented mid-sized private equity sponsored companies in the contract manufacturing space. Aerospace, Defense, Medical and Industrial markets are Tom's current focus. Tom has had an active role in 4 acquisitions and 2 divestitures while working with private equity owners.Tom joined Chandler Industries in March of 2014 heading up Business Development initiatives for all 5 of Chandler's operating divisions as well as his role as a member of the company's senior leadership team.Prior to joining Chandler Industries, Tom was the Executive Vice President for Premier Precision Group in Minneapolis, MN where he headed up PPG's sales, marketing and business development serving a number of customers within the aerospace, defense, and medical markets. Prior to joining Premier Precision Group, Tom was the Director of Sales and Marketing for Crenlo, LLC in Rochester, MN where he headed up Crenlo’s electronic enclosure business; serving a number of customers within the aerospace, defense, and air traffic control markets. Prior to his appointment as Director of Sales and Marketing, he was responsible for management of key accounts for the company.
