Managing the entire recruitment process from screening to selection.Understanding the business concept and client requirement for different processes (Insurance & Finance) with managers and then sourcing qualified candidates.Screen resumes against position specifications and to shortlist candidates based on position description.- Taking candidates through the complete Interview process and following up with them.- Scrutinizing the resumes, interacting with candidates to understand their Capabilities, strengths and limitationsNegotiate on salary, designation and date of joining with candidates, if required.Updated about the HR Policies and Procedures to convey the same to new hires.Familiar with the complexities of the Processes for which recruitment is in progress.Create and maintain a database of candidates as a ready reckoned for future reference
