My education at Dover Grammar School for Boys underpins my methodical approach to work and my ability to adapt to the diverse needs of our young people.My journey from handling emergency calls then to supporting young individuals at Acorn Homes, and now at Rubicon has been fueled by a deep commitment to serve the community. The skills cultivated during my time in police communications – rapid data entry, effective communication, and rapport-building – are now channeled into ensuring that essential documentation like Risk Assessments and monthly aduits which are meticulously maintained, facilitating our team to be able to focus more on our young people.
