• As a Customer Service / Technical Support Representative for Sunsetter Awnings (one of the company's main clients), my main role was to help ensure that our customer’s needs were met a customer centric way while also protecting the business interests of the company. I answered the following types of inbound calls: Sales, Customer Service, and Technical Support calls. These calls including but were not limited to: Somfy Motor troubleshooting, product repair recommends, billing and shipping issues & resolution. • I performed Administrative tasks including but not limited to: email assistance, web chat assistance and outbound customer follow-up. • I handled various other types of inbound calls for a variety of other clients based on the needs of the company.

• Direct Care through the use of Compassion and Empathy for our Consumers, who included the mentally and physically disabled in a group home. • Learned established Care Plans designed to ensure that the Consumers everyday needs were met, including health and wellness tasks associated with both the consumers and their home.● Advocated for the well being of our Consumers by helping to take them on regular outings in the community.
