Mr. Samuelsen was project manager for World Wide Web development projects, including the National Women's Health Information Center, the Defense Women’s Health Information Center, the National Action Plan on Breast Cancer, and the TriService Nursing Research Program. He handled web site content and design; managed information acquisition and storage.

Mr. Samuelsen acted as Managing Editor of women’s health information projects. In this capacity, he oversaw web site content and design; managed information acquisition and storage; and managed projects in the absence of task leader.
