Stability Health is a newly formed provider of patient-specific care management services for patients with diabetes. I am providing technical writing services, system configuration and documentation as well as developing training curriculum for both clinical and non-clinical processes and procedures to assist in the business launch.

I built and deployed the practice transformation program of products and services aiding hospital and community-based oncology programs in redesigning clinical and operational processes thus enabling lower cost and higher quality of care.Working with one of the nation’s foremost physician experts in value-based oncology, I created an enormous shelf of eLearning curriculum, workflows, job aides, and technology tools accessible to practices through an online reference and knowledge management platform.

Greater Denver Area

I directed an international team of 21 trainers, instructional designers and process engineers in mapping and improving thousands of business system processes and creating hundreds of hours of both classroom and electronic training supporting an employee base of 2000 in the US and India.Successes included achieving a 99.2% accuracy in processing 10 million transactions, saving over $2 million in costs and improving first pass auto-adjudication rates by 80%.

Baltimore, Maryland Area

Directing teams of instructional designers and process engineers, I developed business-based learning systems and services for 5,000 associates in service, sales and provider networks. Documented over 3000 SOPs and created hundreds of hours of high fidelity interactive training and eLearning that advanced three Medicare call centers to a 5-star CMS rating, saved $1.3 million in production costs and reduced FTE and training costs by $3 million.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Overseeing R&D, operations and sales for this cutting-edge provider of software-based training, I generated $1.7 million in annual sales, produced nearly 1000 seat-time hours of simulation-based training and led in the development of bio-interactive training technologies with voice activated response capabilities.

Boca Raton, Florida

Working with executive stakeholders I created over 1400 hours of system application, management, and sales and service training for US, Canada, Europe and Australia operations. I also worked directly with the CEO in developing standardized learning platforms for 50 business acquisitions in one year.
