During my 20+ years in technology sales and leadership, I've learned a range of technologies and worked in multiple markets across the U.S. and Asia. Sales, implementing GTM strategies and building teams are my passion. I’ve never viewed my job as just a job. It’s a commitment to me – something I want to do well and am constantly working on ways to improve. Some of the things I’ve learned over the years include the importance of understanding each customer’s technology need. If my team and I do this, we will deliver products that meet their need. But we also build trust with our customers which has led to high client satisfaction and strong repeat business. I’ve also learned the importance of strong interpersonal skills which means listening as well as being able to talk to a range of individuals, such as C-level management, diverse team members, clients, partners. Communicating well and having a positive management style have led to being able to develop committed alliances, create upbeat work environments, and recruit and mentor sales teams that have a winning mentality. I see a part of my role as developing future leaders, so I focus on coaching. My favored work ethic is: together we knock down barriers, solve problems and celebrate successes.
