With the storyline, elaborate theming and "never done before" ride package it is a fantastic and cool experience.In my role as GM of Ski Dubai I had oversight on the concept, design, operational readiness,guest journey deliverables and technical review & contracting of proposed snowmaking, cooling & theming.Together with the Ski Dubai operational team we prepared the purchasing strategy and preparation of operational readiness, including training plans, drafting of roles & responsibilities and negotiation of sub contractor relationships.
