Additionally, this position acts as the primary conduit to the Board for all meetings and major decision making. During the past three years we grew the company valuation three times and raised $95.0 million in series C and D funding rounds and grew revenue from $6.7 million to $55.7 million revenue and scaled from 50 employees to over 230. As the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at FreeWheel, my primary focus is on execution and maximizing growth through sound financial discipline. As a critical member of the executive team, I contribute to the leadership of all facets of the business and ensure adherence to policies and that sound process controls are in place to minimize risk. With more than 30 years of expertise in leading financial strategies and operations at technology companies, I manage FreeWheel’s goals and objectives, business plans, sales and pricing strategy, customer profitability as well as operational performance.

Manage a large diverse group responsible for all the financial management of Salesforce.com’s R&D, Cloud Infrastructure, Product Management, Internal IT, Security and G&A organizations. This group’s operating budget exceeds $1.2 billion and consists of over 2,600 employees. Additionally a significant team player in the evaluation, integration and on-going management of multiple acquisitions. Partnered with the Sales team to deliver the financial value proposition to strategic customer proposals. Led all product based reporting and financially managed three divisions: Work.com; GoInstant; and Heroku. Primary responsibilities include monthly close and forecast management, long range strategic and annual planning, portfolio management, capital, lease and asset management, product profitability and vendor management.

Managed all IT financial and business processes: financial planning and reporting, project approval, governance and tracking, asset and vendor management and business planning. Built, developed and managed a staff that reengineered all the financial and It business reporting processes for an IT organization of 950 employees/contractors, $254 million operating budget and a $110 million project budget.
