As an Account Manager, I was responsible for consistently increasing sales revenues by identifying, researching, developing, and securing business with new customers. My focus was on the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). I was responsible for identifying the needs of OEM customers and working with our estimating, art, and production staff to ensure we had the systems and procedures in place to meet those needs.
