As a research assistant at the Institute of Highway Engineering Aachen (ISAC), I apply machine learning to improve traffic safety and incident detection. I also teach basic concepts and algorithms of machine learning in lectures and practical exercises, fostering the independent application of machine learning methods to analyze and solve traffic problems in civil engineering.I have a master's degree in engineering from RWTH Aachen University, where I specialized in industrial engineering and mechanical engineering. For my master's thesis, I collaborated with FEV Europe GmbH, a leading engineering service provider for the automotive industry, to develop a machine learning model for predicting the efficiency of mobile propulsion systems. In addition, I am a co-founder of Crowdcoding IT Solutions, a start-up for proof-of-concept software project development with a focus on data driven digitalisation. I have worked on various projects for clients such as AUDI AG and a local software providers. I am passionate about applying data science and machine learning to real-world challenges and creating innovative solutions. I have a strong background in mathematics, statistics, and programming, as well as multiple awards and honors for my participation in hackathons and competitions. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with other experts and professionals in the field.
