I am a Partner and Co-Head of the international IP Group at CMS and UK Chair of the Consumer and Retail Sector Group. I am a Solicitor Advocate (England and Wales) and have an Irish solicitors qualification. I advise businesses on their commercial IP assets and am recognised as a leading individual in my field in the Legal directories. My practice focuses primarily on those industry sectors where IP assets are most critical to commercial success, including Consumer Products, TMC, Lifesciences and Energy, among others. I help my clients find the best strategy for the creation, identification, registration and capture of IP assets, to their realisation through commercial agreements and licensing, and their protection and enforcement through litigation and other dispute resolution.
