With over 12 years experience working within the Telecommunications Industry I have recently transitioned into the Technical Solutions Specialist role within Redsquid. Having previously worked my way up through operations roles in various telecoms companies and specialising in VOIP and Data products, an opportunity was presented to me which seemed to be the logical transition. I enjoy working in high-pressure situations and I am constantly looking to develop both my technical and soft skills at every opportunity. This will be key in this new role. The role “Technical Solutions Specialist” is a role in that I can help bridge any gaps between the sales and Operations teams and will help ensure the smooth delivery of projects to our Redsquid customers. Making a difference is a core mindset for me and by taking on this new challenge I can elevate my customer's needs and bring them a service that will enhance their processes and systems.
