On our small team, I am responsible for writing user stories, assisting with system architecture design / development / implementation, assisting field service technicians with customer support, developing system health reports, managing quality assurance, writing test plans, designing mobile app UI screens, and championing an AGILE approach to my immediate team and the business partners I work with. My role on this high-profile project at Cirrus has given me the opportunity to master a wide variety of skills and form close relationships with co-workers and partners from different teams including engineering, sales, marketing, customer experience, production, supply chain, technical development, app design, and service. Lake Effect Athletics Club is an official USATF member club which competes in the Minnesota USATF club road racing circuit and at USATF championship cross country, road, mountain/trail, and track races. Our mission is to inspire the pursuit of excellence by helping passionate athletes push their limits. Our vision is to build a community of stoked athletes who are committed to helping each other become the best they can be. I compete as an athlete for the Lake Effect and have had some success over the last year including a podium finish at the 2022 USATF Half Marathon Trail Championships. I am also the acting team manager with responsibilities including administration of our USATF member athletes, Facebook page, race and group training logistics, and recruiting strategy. The team is growing quickly and has now competed at two Cross Country Club National Championships, finishing 23rd in the country last year.

 Key member of the Epicor implementation team tasked with initiating the use of Epicor ERP at Trystar. Responsibilities included preparing the ERP environment, designing new processes, and training employees. Worked independently and with a team to design and program product configurators in Epicor. Designed, developed, and implemented an automated submittal form enabling the sales force to print engineering drawings, electrical one-lines, and detailed product descriptions. This form eliminated the need for the engineering department to manually draw up submittals for configurable products saving engineering time and allowing for a significantly faster response to customers requesting a submittal.  Worked on a team to design and implement numerous customizations to our Epicor platform. Member of a four-person team responsible for implementing Salesforce CRM. Responsibilities included initial data migration, database integration with Epicor, report and dashboard development, and sales team and manager training. Managed a team to transition Trystar from average to standard costing. Responsibilities included coordinating with costing and finance departments to run analysis on impact to the company, executing the change in Epicor, and monitoring the resulting impact. Worked with finance personnel to design and build new cash flow models for use by upper management  Spent six months working within the engineering department. Responsibilities included designing and modeling products using SolidWorks software and helping to streamline manufacturing processes. Primary point of contact and administrator of General Services Administration (GSA) contract (2013-2018).
