Tom began his professional career at Reber Corporation in 1972 as a qualified plan administrator. His duties included the administration of all types of qualified plans including Defined Benefit, Money Purchase Pension and Profit Sharing plans.Tom obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 1977 and became part- owner of Reber in 1979. In 1981, the firm's name was changed to Reber Seitz Company, at which time Tom was named President of the firm.In 1985, Tom acquired Pension Corporation of America®, which was originally established in 1977. Since the acquisition, Pension Corporation of America® has grown to be one of the largest employee benefit firms in Southwestern Ohio.Tom graduated from the University of Cincinnati where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Accounting. He holds his Investment Company and Variable Products Representative licenses, General Securities License Series 7, and The Uniform State Securities Series 63 License.Tom was born and raised in Cincinnati and currently resides in Villa Hills, Kentucky with his wife, Karen; and enjoys spending time with their three grown children and two grandchildren.
