Led the RFP process to identify and select a vendor that could deliver a sustainable solution that minimized time to market. Implementation of the solution resulted in savings of $80MM for the corporation.• Led implementation of Contracts Lifecycle Management solution for Legal and Sourcing. Comprehensive contract intake and document management system provides single interface for all employees to create new contracts and search for existing contracts.• Provided IT leadership for transition of third party provider of Accounts Payable and Expense Reporting Shared Services to new vendor. Project executed with seamless transition of business critical processes over short timeline.
