• Implemented product feature pipeline, delivery and quality metrics, standardized scorecards.
• Completed two product releases and converted the two largest clients, each with $100M+ multi-year contracts.
• Reduced annual costs $30M and successfully completed SEI CMMI level 3 certification on schedule.
